This is the day that the Lord has made. We are going home tomorrow! Yea!!! The next 6 months will be a struggle. Terry has to take it easy. Even though his mind tells him he can do something, in reality he will not be able to do it. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much prayer is needed for patience to allow his body all the time it needs to heal. We will be traveling to Tri-Cities twice a week for continuing therapies plus daily exercises both physical and cognitive. I can't begin to tell you how fast he is changing. You just have to hang on when God starts to move.
I will not be blogging tomorrow, but will try to keep you informed as much as I can.

  1. Praise the Lord!!! Wonderful news!!

  2. What a Miracle!!! Awesome job, God. Yahoo!!

  3. Dear Marylynn - SO happy to hear your news of going home. I will pray for strength for you BOTH for the days ahead. Tonight I was researching on West Nile Virus victims and found these two videos. When you have time, I do believe that you will be encouraged by them as I was. The main thing that so amazingly stood out to me is when this man was asked if he could go back to "before", would he. I will let you watch and witness his answer. May all of us going through life's trials be able to honestly answer as he does.

Continuing to think of and lift you up in prayer ~

  4. MaryLynn,
We are so excited to hear how well Terry is doing!!! I'm sure being home will lift his spirits so much!! I watched the video Doris mentioned above and it is very encouraging. Praise God for His promise to walk with us through good times and hard times.

  5. This is such GREAT news!! So excited for you guys! Praying that the healing continues to be quick and that God continues to reveal His plan for you through this whole experience! What an amazing journey He has brought you through so far. "If our God is for us, then who can ever stop us" Blessings, The Shasteen family

  6. Hello Mary Lynn and Terry. Dr. Adams and the girls at the clinic are all praying for you both everyday. We hope your trip home was an easy one. Please don't hesitate to call the clinic if there is anything that we can do for you. Dr. Adams, Lori, Lynsey, Julie, Mandi and Sue

  7. Dear MaryLynn -I just read your post quoting my words to you. Basically, they were news to me!! That is when I know the Holy Spirit has spoken through me and I praise God that I didn't get in the way!!
